During Global Food Week-Abu Dhabi Food Exhibition, Melisa Urtuzuastegui from Matters Group and Blanca Martin from Vilore Foods Company Inc/ La Costeña announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding to establish the first Mexican Ready-to-Eat Halal food production plant in the UAE.
This strategic alliance combines Mexico’s culinary heritage with the UAE’s vision for innovation and food security, creating a new platform for Latin American brands to expand across the MENA region.
